Each time you book an appointment, you will be required to pay a $10 deposit fee to hold your appointment time. You can pay this directly on my website while scheduling, and can use credit/debit, Apple Pay, Paypal, or Venmo to complete this transaction. This deposit is refundable if your appointment is cancelled within the allowed timeframe

You may cancel or reschedule your appointment online through the email you received after booking your appointment. You can cancel or reschedule your appointment up to 6 hours before your service time. If you cancel over 6 hours before your appointment, I will automatically refund your $10 deposit and you are free to rebook at your convenience. If you reschedule your appointment, your $10 deposit will transfer to your new appointment time

If you fail to cancel your appointment and do not communicate that you are unable to show up, I will not refund your deposit. I will reach out to you to understand what happened. If you no show me 3 times, you will be banned from making any future appointments

I sell handmade products like whipped body scrubs, lip scrubs, and lotions! For safety reasons, these items are nonrefundable if they have been opened or used. If you are unhappy with your product, I will gladly exhange it for a new product of equal or lesser value

I also retail professional brands, any items purchased from these brands may or may not be eligible for a refund or exchange based on what that companies policy is, and is handled on a case by case basis

Please do not bring a quest or child to your appointment for everyone’s safety and sanitation. There is one private parking space right in front of the studio, so guests are welcome to stay in the car
